My husband and I were concerned when we decided to move to an apartment since we always lived in a home. Well, that concern was short lived. The apartment was in pristene condition and the staff was so helpful in helping us to get acquainted with our new living quarters. We have been here for two years and have been so happy and comfortable here. We attribute our wonderful experience to the warm friendly and very capable staff.We are looking forward to many happy years here.

The entire concierge and maintenance crews have been available, cooperative, professional and very helpful. All of this made my move-in as stress free as possible.

Prior to moving here 6 years ago, I lived in a co-op apartment in Great Neck, NY. When my dishwasher broke down, I had to purchase another one. Here, I was provided with a brand new one and it didnt cost me anything. My most recent maintenance call was for a leaky kitchen faucet. The plumbing was replaced with state-of-the-art tubing in record time. I might never move!

I've been a resident of Windsor at Mariners since 2007 - over 14 years - so that says it all. I'm very happy to be living in this community with it's fabulous location and an apartment with views of NYC and the GW Bridge ... and with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. As someone who is in NYC 2+ times a week, the 20-30" ride to midtown is an easy one. I've made many friends in the building and those whom I haven't met, I've found to be respectful of each other. Management is caring, helpful, and friendly, and, thanks to them, this is a great building.
